1. METHODS OF PAYMENT

THERE ARE SEVERAL WAYS OF PAYING FOR GOODS IN THE MESINDUSPOOD.EE STORE
 
Bank link

A bank link is a secure online payment solution that is directed at customers. It is also the fastest method of payment in an e-store. When paying via bank link you are directed to the Internet bank of your choice after your purchase order has been made. Upon entering the bank you see the pre-filled payment order containing the details of your order. Confirm the payment order and then click on the 'Return to merchant' button.            

Note:
Be sure to click on the 'Return to merchant' button after making your payment – otherwise the information about the success of the payment may not reach us and fulfilment of your order may be delayed.

Prepayment invoice

This is the best solution for those clients who use password cards to access their Internet bank and whose daily payment limit is therefore defined. If you choose this method of payment, we will send you a prepayment invoice via email once your order has been confirmed. You will have three (3) working days to pay the invoice – either all at once or in instalments. Once the full amount has been received by Sontravento OÜ, your order will be delivered according to the method you selected. If the prepayment invoice is not paid within three (3) working days, we will read it as your wish to opt out of the purchase and cancel your order. Upon paying the prepayment invoice, be sure to write the number of your order in the explanation box as this will significantly speed up and simplify the fulfilment of your order.           

Note:
The prepayment invoice does not form a basis for the submission of complaints. For this you will need the original invoice, which you will receive with the goods upon delivery.

Credit card

Mesinduspood.ee offers a fast and convenient yet secure credit card payment option. You can pay for your purchases as soon as your purchase order is confirmed. In carrying out the transaction, you will be directed to Nets Estonia (the former Bank Card Centre). Your card data will be entered in the database located there. Upon entering the bank you will see the pre-filled payment order containing the details of your order. We accept Visa and MasterCard/EuroCard cards. The following information is required for credit card payments:

• Card number
• Validity period of card – month/year  
• Verification code (CVV)         
• Full name of cardholder as is indicated on the card    
After entering this data, Nets Estonia will authorise the transaction with your bank.

 Note:
Your card data will not be saved in the mesinduspood.ee store.

2. METHODS OF DELIVERY

All packages are sent out at approximately 17:00.

Courier

With this method of delivery we have a courier deliver your goods to the address you provided us with when placing your order. This method of delivery is the only available option for large and/or heavy goods (honey dippers etc.). When filling out an order please pay attention to the accuracy of the contact details you provide in order to avoid delays or misunderstandings in the delivery of the products. We will send you the goods within 1-3 working days (within Estonia) of your payment being received by Sontravento OÜ. If . On the day of delivery a representative of the courier company will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the goods to be delivered. The courier will deliver the goods along with a bill of delivery. Before signing the bill of delivery, we advise you to review the packaging of the goods. In the event of any external damage, make a note of this on the bill of delivery. The ordered item can only be handed over to the person indicated on the order upon presentation of proof of identity.       

Note: We kindly ask you to inform us of the damaged product by e-mailing info@mesinduspood.ee no later than one (1) calendar day after receiving the product. The damaged product will be replaced or another method of compensation will be agreed upon with the client. See also the Returns policy.

Itella Smartpost parcel terminal

By selecting this method of delivery you will receive your order at the Smartpost parcel terminal of your choice. As soon as the package has reached its destination, a text message containing the door code will be sent to the recipient of the package. To obtain it, the door code must be entered at the parcel terminal. For more information go to www.smartpost.ee        

Note: Liability for ordered and purchased goods during transportation lies with mesinduspood.ee. From the moment the goods are received from the parcel terminal the receiver of the goods is responsible for the risk of loss and/or damage. If the customer has selected a third person to receive the goods, they confirm by issuing the order that said third party will assume the obligation of accepting the goods as well as responsibility for the risk of accidental damage and/or loss from the moment of receiving the package from the parcel terminal. Your package will be held at a SmartPOST parcel terminal for seven (7) days.

 

Omniva parcel terminal

By selecting this method of delivery you will receive your order at the Omniva parcel terminal of your choice. Omniva machines are unique in that goods can be obtained 24 hours a day, since the machines are located outdoors and access to them is guaranteed at any time. It is also possible to monitor the movement of goods. As soon as a package reaches its destination, a text message/e-mail containing the door code is sent to the recipient of the package. To obtain it, the door code must be entered at the parcel terminal. For more information go to www.omniva.ee.

3. RETURNS POLICY

We ask that upon receiving goods you always check the packaging. In the event of damage to the product(s), make a corresponding note on the courier's bill of delivery. In the case of goods sent to a parcel terminal, inform us of any defects as quickly as possible, but no later than one (1) calendar day after the date of receipt. If a defect occurs in the product(s), we ask you to report the problem to us by e-mailing info@mesinduspood.ee, adding a description of how and when the defect occurred or was detected, and also adding photos of the defect. The damaged product will be replaced or another method of compensation will be agreed upon with the client.

 

14-day right of return

If for some reason the product is unsuitable or does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to return it within 14 days of receipt. To return the item, you must write a corresponding e-mail to info@mesinduspood.ee. The returned item must be unused and in its original packaging. All parts accompanying the product must be returned (including user manuals and removable details). The returned goods must be accompanied by the purchase invoice. The money for the returned goods will be transferred to the bank account from which the payment for the goods was made immediately, but no later than within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. The cost of shipping paid upon placing the order is not refundable. The transport expenses concerning the return of the goods will be covered by the client with the exception of exchangeable items, which include clothes, gloves and veils, which can be exchanged for another size in the same colour within 14 days.

Exchanging goods

Customers have the right to exchange clothes, gloves and veils for the same item in another size in the same colour within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. To exchange the goods, they must be returned and new goods ordered. Costs involved in the exchange must be covered by the client. The return must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. No new delivery fee will be added to the exchange.

Lodging complaints

The right to lodge a complaint applies to all products within two (2) years of the date of purchase. In the event of a fault occurring in a product, customers should notify the seller in writing (i.e. lodge a complaint) within two (2) months. In the complaint the following details must be outlined: the name and contact details of the customer; the date of lodging the complaint; the defect in the goods or services and photos of the defect; what is sought of the seller; and the purchase invoice or a copy thereof.
